MISHPACHA is firmly committed to the employment, training and development in all communities it does business in, be it when we build renewable energy plants, mining construction and more. Each project we engage on generates jobs for example building a PV plant which on average can generate between 250 and 300 local jobs, mainly from the same population where the plant is located or in its vicinity.
At MISHPACHA, we believe that each of our projects is a local opportunity, with the opportunity to improve the population’s access to a clean, renewable and safe source of energy, improved infrastructure, and in general act as an accelerator of local development.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program, MISHPACHA has carried out various actions in developing areas, including training and development, construction of classrooms, clinics or libraries and donations to local entities
