Each project we engage on generates jobs for example building a PV plant which on average can generate between 250 and 300 local jobs, mainly from the same population where the plant is located or in its vicinity.
At Mishpacha, we believe that each one of our projects is a local opportunity, which improves the population’s access to a clean, renewable and safe source of energy, improved infrastructure, and in general act as an accelerator of local development.

We focus on open cast mining for manganese, chrome and diamonds. For our special focus mineral (manganese), we are an explorer and developer focused on the development of a near-surface manganese oxide deposits.
